Return & Exchange Eligibility

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.

The product was not purchased as part of a promotion, clearance, or final sale (unless defective).

You can provide valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
Items Not Eligible for Return

Opened or used perfumes.

Gift sets or items with broken seals.

Items damaged after delivery.

Products bought during limited-time promotions or flash sales, unless faulty.
Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via store credit or bank transfer.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours and we will arrange a replacement free of charge upon verification
